EasySMF Installation Instructions

  1. Run the downloaded file "EasySMFSetup.exe". Setup will check that the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Common Language Runtime is installed on your computer, then install SMF Reports.
  2. If the .NET Framework is not already installed on your computer, Setup will download and install it for you.
    Alternatively, you can install the Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 using Windows Update.
  3. The first time you run EasySMF you will be prompted to choose a location to store SMF data (the SMF data repository). You can create additional repositories later if you have different types of data that you want to keep separate.
